Choose one of the following as a base:
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup quinoa
- 3 tbs ground flaxseed

In the morning, mix through your chic of fruit, seeds nuts or super foods, such as:
- 1/2 green apple or pear
- 1/2 banana, mashed or sliced
- Peach of mango, sliced
- handful raw mixed nuts, such as walnuts, hazelnuts or almonds
- 1tbs nut butter
- t tbs raw cacao powder
THREE
Top with your favourite flavours for a sweet or spicy kick:
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- grated nutmeg or ginger
- squeeze of lemon or lime
- 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
