3 Step Overnight Pudding (serves 1)

ONE

Choose one of the following as a base:

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup quinoa
  • 3 tbs ground flaxseed

TWO

In the morning, mix through your chic of fruit, seeds nuts or super foods, such as:

  • 1/2 green apple or pear
  • 1/2 banana, mashed or sliced
  • Peach of mango, sliced
  • handful raw mixed nuts, such as walnuts, hazelnuts or almonds
  • 1tbs nut butter
  • t tbs raw cacao powder

THREE

Top with your favourite flavours for a sweet or spicy kick:

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • grated nutmeg or ginger
  • squeeze of lemon or lime
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
