You’ll be surprised how delicious Gods natural creations are, uncooked, unprocessed and unmodified.

This takes no more than 5 minutes to put together so you can enjoy it anytime!

Ingredients:

1 Red, Green and Yellow Capsicum
3 tblspn Low Fat Greek Yoghurt
10 Olives
Salt, pepper, garlic powder and chilli flakes to flavour

Instructions:
Mix Low Fat Cottage Cheese with spices of choice
Cut Capsicums into long slices and fill with Cottage Cheese mix
Top with Olives and enjoy!
