Contrary to what you may presume, lifting weights does Not make women bulky or mannish in their appearance. Unless you’re on steroids or you’re lifting weights for hours on end every day, there’s no chance of you ever looking beefed-up as a woman. Our bodies simply don’t produce enough testosterone for that to be possible.

Men on the other hand can bulk-up relatively easily, yet I am still meeting guys every week who have been weight-lifting for years and are confused about why they’re unable to build size. When I ask them to break down their workouts, I tend to find they’re all doing very heavy weights and low reps, or very low weight and high reps.

Whether you want size in your legs, chest, or bootay; to build muscular strength or endurance; shed fat to reveal a firm curvy body; improve your posture, or even if you had a prior injury that requires rehabilitation–  the answer is found under the umbrella of weight-training. You just have to know which form of training to do and when to do it.

The One-on-One Weight Training sessions allow for you to get 100% of my attention and  sharing of my knowledge on training and Nutrition as I challenge your body in the ways necessary for it to change in the manner you desire. I have the knowledge and experience both personally and with many other clients. Boot camp training is a mixture of high intensity cardio intervals and weight training (using primarily your own body weight) to tone your body while elevating your metabolism for hours after. Because BootCamps are done in groups, the one-on-one attention is not there. Rather what you have is the energy, drive and support of myself and all those sweating it out in pursuit of a similar goal!
